We can deliver to as far as our courier companies will allow within South Africa. We don't sell / deliver internationally
Please note that all main cities (Cape Town, Gauteng, Durban) have a flat rate of R120, and a other regions R250.
All orders over R800 include delivery on us .

Not in love?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if the products are faultyor damaged upon delivery or you're simply not in love , we’re so sorry! We will pay for the shipping for its return and refund your money or exchange it for a different product!
1.Must be advised within 7 days of delivery through our email/phone number .
2.The returned item must be in its original packaging and condition.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes free shipping is offered on all orders over R800.00 to anywhere in South Africa.
When will I get my order?
We do our best to dispatch order 1 day after order is placed and shipping takes up to 3 days. If orders are placed on a Saturday or Sunday they will only be dispatched on Monday morning.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
Please email us on email@example.com or send us a message on 0747993211 so we can change it to the correct one before the order is dispatched. In the event the order has already been dispatched we will need to charge for the extra courier. Please double check your address before checking out.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed we will send you the courier company details as well as the waybill number for you to track your order.
How does Pre-orders work?
If products are out of stock due to high volumes of purchase from our shoppers, we allow clients to pre order to ensure they get the product of their choice when our shipment comes in.. All our products are imported from around the world and therefore can take time before reaching us in SA and by the time they arrive some might already have low stock volumes so pre order to avoid disappointment. We will need 50% of the value to pre order for you. If you would like to pre order please email us the product code to firstname.lastname@example.org
When will a product be back in Stock?
If a product is out of stock we do our best to get stock as soon as possible. You can add it to your wish list in the meantime and when it is back in stock you can complete your purchase.
Is your online store secure and safe?
Yes of course. Our online store is safe and secure and we do not store any of your payment details on our website.

We use Credit Card payments and EFT services.
What is the return Policy?
All products have a 7 day no questions asked return policy. As long as they are in their original form we will take them back.
Where do I put my discount code?
At checkout there will be a box for you to insert your coupon code.
Yes you can do a gift registry. Baby shower? Birthday? We do it all. All you need to do is contact us and we will set it all up for you. As products are bought from the list they will be updated to ensure you do not get 2 of the same items.
